2. Account Opening Eligibility

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit
To deposit funds at fs999, you can use bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
fs999 may request identity verification documents to process a withdrawal request. fs999 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- KYC (identity verification) on the account must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Transferring funds from one account to another is not permitted.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x (on the bonus amount only).

5.2 General Bonus Terms
- To claim a bonus, the offer must be active at the time of deposit.
- The wagering requirement must be completed before earnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- fs999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.
- If misuse of bonus benefits or fraud is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- An account may not claim more than one welcome bonus.
6. VIP Program
The fs999 VIP Program has four tiers. Tiers are determined and upgraded automatically based on a player's activity and contribution. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier.

VIP benefits are personal. They cannot be transferred, and specific conditions must be met before they can be converted to cash.
